Aspect Skincare is owned and managed by Advanced Skin Technology. As such, your purchase will appear as Advanced Skin Technology on your statement.

When using PayPal ECheque, please note that your order will not be despatched until payment has been received by Aspect.

*Please note that this payment can take up to 3 business days to be received and if payment is not received, the order will not be shipped.  

We are unable to deliver to private bags and PO Boxes.  Please provide a street address in your order.

If the product is unopened, you may return product/s that have been purchased through Aspect Skincare for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that your return can take up to 7 days to be processed by the Aspect team. If requesting a refund, this can take an additional 3-5 business days pending your payment method.

Our packaging uses airless, double insulated packaging, designed to maintain the concentration and stability of active ingredients within our formulas. Because of this, it is vital to prime your product before use.

To prime your product, hold the product upside down and pump continuously in this position until product dispenses. If your product does not dispense, please contact our team here so we can assist further.

Yes, our boxes can be recycled.
Our box supplier is affiliated and accredited with PEFC and only use material that has been sourced sustainably.

Our Aspect products have a shelf life of 24 months unopened and used within 12 months once opened.

Aspect Retail size products should last approximately 2-3 months if using the 1 metered dose, twice daily.
1 pump = 1 metered dosage.

We advise to keep the in an upright position to ensure longevity and efficacy and to avoid storing your product in direct sunlight.

As a company we support animal rights and are proud to confirm that Aspect Skincare products have not been tested on animals for the purposes of approval for sale in Australia and New Zealand.

We always recommend to please consult your medical practitioner during pregnancy and while lactating prior to use of our products.

The exact percentage used is proprietary information and where possible we use the % concentration of active ingredients at clinical trial level or higher.
It is important to understand that the efficacy of the products within the different Aspect Skincare ranges are determined by using a complex combination of ingredients and the right delivery system to deliver transformative results.

1.    The Promoter is Advanced Skin Technology Pty Ltd (ACN 007 203 447) (AST) of Ground Floor, 6-8 Compark Circuit, Mulgrave VIC 3170, Australia. 

2.    These terms and conditions govern participation in the Aspect Black Friday promotion (the Promotion). This is a promotion conducted by AST. 

3.    Instructions on how to participate in Aspect’s Black Friday promotion are available via our social media channels and on the Aspect Skincare websites: aspectskincare.com.au and aspectskincare.co.nz. Details will also be shared through email communications (eDMs). The full terms and conditions can be found on the Aspect Skincare FAQ page. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.    The promotion is open to residents of Australia & New Zealand who are NOT healthcare professionals (HCP) as defined in the Medical Technology Industry Code of Practice Edition 13 - 2023, this definition includes a person in training or a person under the direction or control of an HCP. 

5.    The promotion will run from 9:00AM AEDT on 28 November 2025 until 12:00 AM AEDT on 1 December 2025 at (Open Period), or while stocks last. No backorders. No rainchecks. Each day will feature a different offer:
a.    28 November 2025 - Purchase any cleanser and receive a free Micellar Water 220ml 
b.    29 November 2025 – Spend $150.00 and receive a free Pigment Punch Body 220ml
c.    30 November 2025 – Purchase a serum (min spend $139.00) and receive a free Extreme B 17 30ml 
d.    1 December 2025 – 20% off cart
  
6.    A unique code for each daily promotion will be distributed via eDM and social media. For 1 December 2025, no unique code is required, and 20% off will be applied at checkout. 

7.    To take part in the promotion during the Open Period, customers must:
a.    Log in to the applicable website, select the relevant product(s) for the day’s promotion, and enter the corresponding promotional code at checkout.
b.    Each promotional code is valid for one applicable redemption per customer per order.

8.    The products purchased through the promotion are for personal use by the customer only and must be used as instructed on the label.

9.    The Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. AST reserves the right to vary the value or the contents of the Promotion. 

10.    This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise by AST.

11.    AST reserves the right to refuse a customer’s participation in the promotion at any time if it has reason to believe the entry does not comply with these terms and conditions.

12.    Personal Information and Privacy 

a.    All customers participating in the Promotion are subject to AST’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.advancedskin.com.au/ast/privacy-policy.
b.    AST collects personal information from customers for the purpose of administering the Promotion. This information may be disclosed to third parties as required for the conduct of the Promotion or in the ordinary course of business. Participation in the Promotion is conditional upon the provision of the requested personal information.
c.    Customers may be added to AST’s marketing database. AST may use customers’ names and contact details for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in various formats. By entering the Promotion, customers consent to such use. Customers may contact AST to access or update their personal information. 

13.    AST reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion or any of its components without notice. 

14.    To the extent permitted by law, AST is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person or to any property due to any act or omission by AST, its employees or agents, in connection with the Competition. Any liability of AST, its employees or agents is limited to the payment of the Promotion.
